living my new adventure!
Having owned and operated several very successful retail businesses,
I am now retired and have the time to concentrate on promoting the value of our Turning Points model of : Regaining Joy after loss. It has been such fun learning to revise our book, self publishing it and writing two more books, "mu - not yes, not no" and my one act play, "Hello Sister - Alive again?" |

It's now nearly 17 years since my sister chose to depart this life. The year 1993 was the worst year of my life. In 12 months, I got divorced and coped with the loss of 6 souls; my sister and father, both by suicide. A new business venture, and a teenage girl-child didn't help either!
Friends, were the reason I was able to manage this difficult time.
Many people asked how I could be so resilient, and that is why when I met Annabel Muis and we compared life strategies, we decided to write Turning Points.
10 years later, my health is improved, I am no longer a 'type A' personality, and I enjoy each blessed day.
I definitely now have more JOY in my life, as I have 'practised what I preached'.
1st September, 2010 I have also self-published an heirloom book for an elderly uncle.
